Exchanges and refunds

All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. For special circumstances, single ticket buyers may exchange tickets to another performance. An exchange fee and any price difference will apply. Exchanges can be made up to 2 hours before your currently ticketed performance. We are not able to exchange tickets after that time. Please email office@harmoniastellarum.com.

Pricing and promotional offers

Promo codes are limited time offers. Seat exclusions may apply. Promo codes are not valid with any other discount, promotion, or on prior sales.

Cancellations

In the unlikely event of a show cancellation, we will notify guests as quickly as possible, typically via email, phone, website, and social media. Guests will be given the opportunity to move their tickets to another performance at no additional cost.

If a guest is not able to attend any of the other performances, they may do one of the following:

• Donate the value back to Harmonia Stellarum as a tax-deductible donation

• Request the value to be held on account for future use in the same season

• Request a refund
